4. Records held under other legislation

5. Categories of records
The firm's web page contains information on its areas of practice. Other records include financial records, employee records, client records, commercial contracts and debt-collection records. Records required for the exercise or protection of rights will be made available subject to the Act; access may be refused on grounds specified in the Act.
6. Form of request
The requester must use the prescribed form (available on sahrc.org.za), directed to the contact person in paragraph 2.
7. Prescribed fees
A requester seeking access to a record containing their own personal information pays no request fee. Every other requester must pay the required request fee of R50.00. The fee structure is available on the SAHRC website.
8. Availability of the manual
This manual is available for inspection at the firm's offices at no cost. Copies may be obtained subject to the prescribed fees. It can also be accessed on the SAHRC and firm websites and is published in the Government Gazette (the Gazette and website versions exclude the request forms and fee structure).
